Brad Arnett Owner/Director of Performance
Brad Arnett has been working professionally with young athletes to meet their goals for more than 14 years. He played four years of football at the University of Wisconsin -Whitewater, two of which as a starter, and earned all-conference and All-American honors his senior season. In 1994 Brad began his career as the strength and conditioning coach for Whitewater. After completing his degree in Corporate and Community Health in 1995 at Whitewater and his Master’s degree in Kinesiology in 1996 at the University of Minnesota, Brad remained with the University and worked for over five years as head coach of the Olympic strength and conditioning program. Brad is CSCS certified and a USAW club coach.
In 2000, Brad joined the University of Arizona and served as the director of strength and conditioning, working with athletes in Arizona’s 19 different sports programs. Some of the more notable athletes Brad has trained include NFL football players John Fina and Kevin Barry, softball player Jennie Finch, swimmer Amanda Beard, PGA golfer Chris Nallen, NHL hockey player Jordan Leopold and NBA lottery pick Andre Iguodala. |

Jacob Bodi Assistant Director of Performance; Performance Coach
Jacob Bodi joined the NX Level staff in August of 2005. He holds a B.S. degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning from Carroll College and is CSCS certified. Jacob played football at Carroll, earning four letters, all-conference defensive lineman honors three times and academic all-conference honors each of his four years. Prior to NX Level, Jacob interned at Muskego High School under Coach Mike Nitka. He was also defensive line coach for the Carroll College football team. Jacob’s training philosophy is that any person can achieve their specific goals as long as they are consistent, technically proficient and they work hard.

Troy Dequaine General Manager; Assistant Director of Performance
Troy Dequaine joined the NX Level staff in November of 2006. He also interned at NX Level in the Summer of 2006. Troy graduated with honors from Carroll College with a B.S. degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning. While at Carroll, Troy earned four letters and started three years on the football team. He was All-Conference and Academic All-Conference twice and was voted a Senior Captain by his teammates. Troy's training philosophy is that with consistency/discipline, effort and mental toughness one can accomplish any goal. Troy is CSCS certified through the NSCA.

Matt Gifford Performance Coach
Matt Gifford joined the NX Level staff in September 2009. He completed his Exercise Science with an emphasis in Health & Human Performance from UW-Whitewater. While at UW-Whitewater he played football all four years. He was part of the National Football Championship team.

Nic Hansen Performance Coach
Nic Hansen worked as an intern at NX Level during the summer of 2008 and joined the NX Level staff in January of 2009. He finished his course work at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse in 2008 with a major in Exercise & Sport Science. While attending UW-Lacrosse, he also completed courses in Strength and Conditioning, Recreational Management and Coaching Competitive Athletics. He worked as an intern with the Milwaukee bucks in 2008-0-. Nic has his CPT through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and is CSCS certified.

John Hardtke Performance Coach
John has worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years as a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) certified personal trainer, certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), exercise physiologist and health educator. He also has over 5 years experience in fitness equipment manufacturing, sales and service. John attended Northern Michigan University where he studied Exercise Science and received his B.S. in Kinesiology from UW-Milwaukee. John was an All–Conference/ All–Area football player at Catholic Memorial High School and was All-Conference running back at NMU. He now competes as an amateur lightweight Strongman and plays semi-pro football. John also served in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Ranger. |

Jason Roe Performance Coach
Jason Roe received his Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion and Wellness from UW-Stevens Point and his Master's degree in Exercise and Sport Science from UW-La Crosse. While completing his degree at UW-La Crosse, he served as the intern strength and conditioning coach for Women's Volleyball and Women's Soccer at Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. From 2005-2008 Jason worked at Velocity Sports Performance under strength coach Steve Brown. He is a certified strength and conditioning coach (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Jason also works as a research assistant and lab supervisor in the Physical Therapy department at Marquette University and serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Exercise Science department at Carroll College in Waukesha. |

Jim Thompson Golf Fitness Trainer - Hartland
Jim is a Titleist Certified Fitness Instructor as well as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Acedemy of Sports Medicine. Jim utilizes his experience in both golf and fitness to develop a golf fitness program which will produce noticeable improvements in ball-striking and distance off the tee.

Jamey Oberbruner Baseball Instructor - Waukesha
Jamey pitched in the Major Leagues for both the Pirates and Padres. He has over 20 years of experience teaching camps and clinics. He emphasizes proper pitching mechanics and pitcher "mentality". He teaches control, accuracy and changing speeds to all age levels. He is currently the pitching coach for Cardinal Stricth and Waukesha North.

Chad Montez Baseball Instructor - Waukesha
Chad played college baseball at UW-Whitewater where he played on the 1989 team that participated in the Division III College World Series. Chad received his B.S. in Education while attending Whitewater; he also has a Master's Degree in Administration from Marian College. Chad teaches in the Waukesha School District and has been the varsity baseball coach at Waukesha West High School since 1998. During his time at West, he has accumulated over 200 career wins; won four "Classic 8" Conference Championships and made five appearances in the State Baseball Tournament. Chad has been giving baseball instruction to youth, high school and collegiate players for over 15 years.

Daniel Bantin Softball Instructor - Waukesha
With nearly three decades of coaching experience, coach Bantin brings a great deal of practical wisdom to the plate. His coaching experience includes head coach positions at MSOE, Trinity Christian College and the Marquette University women's fastpitch programs,and as assistant coach of Marian College women's fastpitch program.Coach Bantin continues to be actively involved in community coaching , as he also serves as the head coach of the Falls Angels women's fastpitch team in Menomonee Falls, Wis. Bantin is also active in presenting softball clinics including serving as director of the Falls Angels Pitching Clinic for nearly 20 years.This clinic has been a training ground for many state and conference champion pitchers. Coach Bantin also lends his expertise to the Major League Baseball arena, having served as camp director of the Chicago White Sox Training Center from 1995 to 1997, working with pitchers to hone their pitching and delivery skills. |

Amy Potratz Softball Instructor - Waukesha
Amy played collegiate softball and volleyball at MSOE. Amy focuses on hitting instruction to ensure athletes are using proper hitting mechanics and know how to hit all types of pitches. She graduated with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering. |
