Performance Coaching
NX Level Performance Coaches have been selected and trained by renowned collegiate/professional sports strength and conditioning trainer Brad Arnett. They use the same approach that was used by Brad Arnett when he dealt with male and female athletes from all major sports at the University of Arizona and University of Minnesota. Their objectives of sport performance training is to help athletes in middle school, high school or college achieve their goal of excelling at their sport(s) of choice. At NX Level we believe that an athlete’s physical preparedness enhances his or her mental image which equates to improvement in their athletic performance.
We believe in our training methods. The passion and knowledge of our performance coaches make the demanding training sessions both worthwhile and enjoyable for the athlete. As part of our “holisitc” training approach, sessions also allow for time to be spent with the athlete discussing and working with them on regeneration (recovery, adapting their body to stress, etc.), nutrition (proper diet, supplements, etc. ) and injury prevention (flexibility, stability, prehabilitation exercises, etc.).
At NX Level, we offer performance training for male and female athletes from middle school through college, as well as for adults who are looking for an alternative to the typical health club.
The greatest compliment paid to us is nearly 100% of our athletes renew their training sessions year after year.
