The NX Level Performance Coaches train athletes in many different sports. Each athlete will see improvement in their specific sport through our training program.

We work with each athlete individually, discussing in depth with them their sport of choice and targeting areas that need to be monitored and improved. By doing so, we’re able to prepare a program that, over time, will enhance their sport performance.
The objective of sport performance training is to help athletes in middle school, high school or college achieve their goal of excelling at their sport(s) of choice. At NX Level we believe that an athlete’s physical preparedness enhances his or her mental image which equates to improvement in their athletic performance.
The performance training offered at NX Level is the same approach used by owner/strength & conditioning coach Brad Arnett when he dealt with male and female athletes from all major sports at the University of Arizona and University of Minnesota.
In short, sport specific power is accomplished in an environment that is intense, informative and, at the same time, enjoyable for the athlete and the performance coach who works with them every step of the way. The purpose of a performance coach is to create an environment in which athletes can train, develop and self-monitor. In turn, this will improve the athlete’s self-confidence, training program and overall self image.
Active regeneration training is part of the sport performance training offered at NX Level. This training helps assist in injury prevention, quicker rehabilitation and recovery to ensure quality-based workouts for the athlete. Complete development of the athlete reduces the risk of injury dramatically.
How NX Level can help you improve in your sport
At NX Level, we prepare similar programs for athletes in each of the other sports previously listed. In fact, we’ve designed sport-specific programs for professional basketball and football players, as well as Olympic hopeful swimmers, who work with us in their off-season.
When you come in for your initial assessment, a portion of the time is spent discussing your sport and the specific training methods that will be used during your sessions.
